We are IT consultants out of passion.

Our motivation is to make our clients’ IT projects succeed. We set up their digitalization projects professionally, take the lead and drive them forward or get them back on track if they have fallen into a crisis.

Sounds exciting?

We are not currently offering positions for Junior IT Consultants (m/f/d) in Germany or Austria. Nonetheless, we welcome your application to our talent pool so we can get in touch more quickly once a suitable opportunity arises.

This is your impact

  • Together with your colleagues, you analyze the current state in consulting projects, identify areas for improvement, and develop solution proposals for our clients in Germany or Austria.

  • You analyze project interdependencies - from business processes to technology to interpersonal dynamics.

  • Together with your project team and in close cooperation with the client, you will drive the project forward in requirements management, project management and strategy.

  • With your innovative ideas, you actively shape the future of Xenium as a company and as an employer.

What's in it for you

  • We support your holistic development - professionally, technically, methodologically, and personally. You set the pace.

  • Our extensive range of internal and external training programs, certifications, regular feedback, and mentoring supports your continuous development.

  • We ensure your work-life balance through compensated overtime, flexible working hours, home office options, and 30 days of annual paid vacation.

  • You can choose between Munich and Berlin as your home base. Of course, flexible home office arrangements are also possible.

  • Thinking about working from abroad for a while? Within the European Economic Area, that's possible with prior agreement.

  • We offer you a competitive salary: depending on your experience and qualifications, your total annual package starts at €61,000 (including company bonus).

  • You can look forward to a collaborative and supportive community with team events, celebrations, workshops - and, above all, genuine personal appreciation.

What you bring to the table

  • You hold a degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Technology, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Geoinformatics, Physics, Mathematics, or a similar discipline.

  • You are passionate about digitalization topics and have the ambition to approach them creatively and think outside the box.

  • You think analytically and conceptually and can express your ideas clearly and precisely.

  • You are confident communicating in both German and English and are happy to travel for on-site project work with your team at the client’s premises on average 1-2 days per week (business travel across the DACH region).
