You will develop our marketing strategy and bring our brand values - lead-taking, warmly, and precise - to life for our target audience
You will shape technical topics into a clear story: Why Xenium? What do we stand for? What really drives our customers?
You will increase our visibility among the DACH B2B target group with targeted measures, high-quality content, and appropriate formats, using channels such as LinkedIn, our website, events, email, etc.
You will be responsible for lead generation by ensuring that visibility translates into business opportunities and that our consultants engage with the right people through campaigns, events, and communication materials
In close cooperation with Sales and HR, you will ensure a consistent external image towards customers and applicants alike
You will act as team lead (currently one person), set clear priorities, and ensure efficient processes in the marketing department
You will ensure that strategy and implementation are aligned, working hands-on on key projects yourself
You will prepare analyses and KPIs as understandable insights that show which measures create real added value

We offer you a competitive salary: depending on your experience and qualifications, your total annual package starts at €68,000 (including company bonus). Your actual salary will depend on your desired part-time working hours (50-70 %)

What you bring to the table
You hold a degree, e.g., in business administration with a focus on marketing, or a comparable qualification
Your several years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IT or consulting environment, are combined with openness to new approaches and creative impulses
You have already independently designed and implemented numerous projects and marketing initiatives
Strategic thinking comes as naturally to you as creativity: you see the big picture, but also keep an eye on the details
You have a good sense of how to prepare content in a way that reaches people and has a lasting impact
Numbers and data are the basis of your work, and you make decisions with courage and sound judgment
You enjoy the flexibility of working remotely, but also value regular personal interaction and are happy to come into the office 2-3 days a week. Occasional travel between our locations in Munich, Berlin, and Salzburg is also no problem for you
