The new year often brings one or two changes with it. This is also the case for us:

Thomas Aschauer will take on the role of second CEO in 2026 and, together with Wolfgang Reissenberger, will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of Xenium AG.

Anna Melbinger has been appointed partner and will join Michael Schneider, Thomas Aschauer, and Wolfgang Reissenberger on the management team.

This management structure will enable us to lay the foundations for sustainable growth and focus even more closely on the needs of our customers and partners.

Thomas has been with Xenium since 2011. His greatest strength is project management, with industry experience including our customers in the automotive and retail sectors. His calm manner and analytical skills have often brought stability to critical projects. He established the Salzburg office and has been managing director of Xenium Austria GmbH since 2022. In addition to his duties as a member of the executive board, Thomas also intends to focus on sales in the future.

As befits a true Salzburg native, the father of two prefers to spend his free time in the mountains: skiing, hiking, climbing—anything that takes him high up.

Anna joined Xenium in 2015. Holding a doctorate in physics, she has worked with a wide range of clients, from logistics and automotive to the service industry. With her empathy, the former Associate Partner quickly gained the trust of both clients and colleagues. She has always had a particular interest in artificial intelligence, which is why Anna was responsible for founding the internal Data Science group. In the future, she will focus primarily on business development.

The mother of two daughters doesn't shy away from a challenge in her free time either, as she loves solving puzzles and brain teasers.

We congratulate both of them, look forward to our future together, and wish them every success in their upcoming tasks!
