The Initial Situation.

  • A retail company was investing in the development­ of new production sites to expand its food production capabilities­

  • The goal: to align both existing and new sites with a unified process and technology standard (MES + ERP). A complex initiative with high strategic relevance for increasing efficiency, transparency­, and long-term viability of production

The Approach.

  • We took full responsibility­ for project planning and tracking, coordination­ of project teams, and overall budget control

  • Additionally­, we managed external service providers and ensured a structured escalation process

  • We set up regular, target group-oriented reporting to the executive board, CIO, and relevant business units to establish transparency­ and trust throughout the entire project

The Result.

  • We validated the existing program planning and optimized it at key points – including an adapted rollout approach and effective mechanisms to involve production sites

  • We significantly­ improved rollout quality and accelerated­ implementation­ through a high level of standardization­

  • All production sites were success­fully transitioned­ on schedule
