Junior IT Consultant

Shortly after joining us, you will take on responsibility for independent tasks in your first consulting project.

As part of our Junior Program, you will receive training as an IT Consultant, including advanced training and mentoring.

IT Consultant

As IT Consultant, you already have some professional experience in the field of IT.

You will expand your expertise in your consulting projects and build your own network. Our training program supports you in your development towards becoming a Senior IT Consultant.

Senior IT Consultant

As Senior IT Consultant, you already have relevant professional experience and will manage consulting projects from a technical perspective.

You will develop ideas for project acquisition and actively contribute to the training of Junior IT Consultants.

Lead IT Consultant

As Lead IT Consultant, you have extensive experience in IT project management as well as in business and technical architecture.

You will manage challenging IT projects and acquire follow-up projects.
As a mentor, you will be an important reference person for (Junior) IT Consultants.

Principal IT Consultant

As Principal IT Consultant, you have many years of consulting experience and take on leading roles in IT projects and programs with high complexity.

As an expert in your area, you will represent Xenium externally and ensure the internal training of our Junior IT Consultants.

Managing IT Consultant

As Managing IT Consultant, you are responsible for your own project area, develop it continuously and build long-term relationships with your customers.

With your entrepreneurial talent, you successfully market our service portfolio.

Executive IT Consultant

As Executive IT Consultant, you have expertise in our key areas, play a leading role in shaping the thematic development of Xenium and help position our service portfolio in the market.

You will manage demanding large-scale IT projects and programs and take over the technical leadership of your project teams.

Associate Partner

As Associate Partner, you will be a member of the extended management team. You take on departmental responsibility, for example for marketing, IT or finance, and are jointly responsible for the operational management of the company.

You are responsible for the project business with your existing customers, acquire new customers and support your employees in their development as a manager.

Partner

As Partner, you own Xenium shares and thus have a stake in the company.
You are responsible for the strategic management and continuous development of the company and ensure its economic success.

As a manager, you support your employees in their development; as a sparring partner, you pass on your knowledge and experience internally at all levels.
