Solid, convincing, continuously growing—that is Xenium AG. The shares are held by the partners up to 53%—bundled by Xenium Holding GmbH. Sebastian Kutscha, founder and executive of Xenium, holds 27%. In addition, two investors have a share as private minority shareholders with a strategic interest in the Aktiengesellschaft (AG). The equity capital (net equity) of the AG is approximately € 1,200,000 at this time.

For years Xenium's equity ratio has been more than 50%. A cash ratio of 2, an acid test ratio of 2,5 and a current ratio of 3 prove the company's excellent liquidity. The German rating agency Creditreform rates Xenium with an index of 2,07.

The Business Development of Xenium

Growth is purposely conservatively planned. We do not set exaggerated growth goals for ourselves. This enables us to keep and guarantee our standard as a consultancy with much higher than average performance quality. When we choose new employees, we do not compromise on suitability or qualifications.

Social Engagement and Sponsoring

Xenium has become a member of the foundation initiative of German enterprises Erinnerung,Verantwortung und Zukunft and has financially supported the compensation fund.
Xenium supports UNICEF for its projects to help and support children in the crisis regions of the world.
Xenium supports the Hope Project to develop a region for the poor in Delhi.
As a sign of cultural involvement in the city in which its headquarters are located, Munich, Germany, Xenium sponsors the Bavarian State Opera.
