Dr. Sebastian Kutscha - Executive and Partner

Sebastian Kutscha (born in 1957) is one of the co-founders who set up Xenium AG in 1999 and since then has been company executive.

After studying mechanical engineering and working as a scientific assistant for information technology in mechanical engineering at the University of Aachen, Sebastian Kutscha worked as project manager and member of the board of management at sd&m AG.

Focus of his consulting activities are project management and turnaround management in large-scale projects.


Dr. Wolfgang Reissenberger - Partner

Wolfgang Reissenberger (born in 1967) studied information technology at the University of Erlangen. After scientific assistance for information technology at the University of Stuttgart, he worked as a division manager, chief architect and program manager at T-Systems Enterprise Services.

Wolfgang Reissenberger has been member of the Xenium board of management since 2008.

Focus of his consulting activities are system architecture for large-scale IT applications and system landscapes as well as project management in large-scale projects.


Helge-Karsten Lauterbach - Associate Partner

Helge-Karsten Lauterbach (born in 1967) studied telecommunication engineering at the University of Berlin and worked as a consultant, project manager and division manager at Teles AG and Daimler AG in the telecommunications and road charge sector. At Group3G, he supported the set-up of the Berlin subsidiary as a SS7, 2G and 3G specialist. From 2006 until 2008, he was manager of T-Systems Enterprise Services' network and processes business line.

Helge-Karsten Lauterbach has been member of the Xenium board of management since 2009.

Focus of his consulting activities are project and crisis management in large-scale projects.


Thiemo Hörnke - Associate Partner

Thiemo Hörnke (born in 1965) studied information technology at the University of Berlin. After graduation, he worked as a software engineer and consultant. From 1996 to 2008, he was division manager in the automotive sector at sd&m AG.

Thiemo Hörnke has been member of the Xenium board of management since 2009.

Focus of his consulting activities are system architecture for large-scale IT applications and project management in large-scale projects.
